Identoi Ltd acquires Celesta and Motion mobile workforce business from Cidercone Oy

Identoi Ltd has acquired the Motion mobile workforce business operations from Cidercone as of 26.3.2008.
The acquisition includes the existing customer projects in Europe, the German subsidiary, Cidercone Germany GmbH as well as Cidercone’s Motion and Celesta mobile workforce management software and the related intellectual property rights.”We are highly committed to continue to support and develop Cidercone’s Celesta/Motion solutions, which will benefit our long-time customers, partners and prospects”, states Sakari Vaara, CEO, Identoi Ltd. The mobile workforce solutions are deployed by some of the leading companies in their market segments in Europe. The largest installations have involved several thousand mobile users for many years.
